Psychotherapy

General Information and Work History:

I am a psychotherapy student currently completing my masters at AUT University. I am passionate about helping those who experience all kinds of mental distress. In particular, my clinical and research interests are anxiety, depression and the impact of diet and nutrition on mental health. I began my therapeutic work in a volunteer capacity for Youthline and I join Lifespan looking to broaden my clinical experience and to further develop my skills as a training psychotherapist.
